Who we are

Maidenhead Eats operates this local directory. For privacy enquiries contact hi@maidenheadeats.com or 07380 435414.

Information you provide

Our contact form collects your name, email address, selected enquiry subject, optional venue details and message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and maintain correspondence. The form is not a newsletter sign-up.

How information is handled

Messages are delivered to our email inbox. Hosting and email providers process data to deliver these services. We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship; you may request deletion by email. Server logs may record technical information for security and operation.

Saved favourites

If you save a venue, its identifier is stored in your browser’s local storage. This stays on your device and is not sent to us. Use the Clear saved favourites button in the directory to remove it.

External services

Contact-page maps load from OpenStreetMap. Opening that page contacts its servers, which receive technical information such as your IP address. External venue links and Bizzy Apps Pro have their own privacy policies. This site does not include advertising cookies or analytics trackers.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your enquiry information by emailing us. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Directory information

Public business details are drawn from published sources. Business owners can request a correction or removal through our contact page. Listings do not imply a commercial relationship.
